Comments/Quotes: On October 24, 2016, The Spanos Corporation acquired approximately 8.5 acres of land, located within the 2534 Master Planned Community (near the south east corner of I-25 and US 34) in Johnstown, CO, from Thompson Ranch Development Company. This will be The Spanos Corporation’s second project within 2534, following up to their success of ‘The Gateway at 2534’ apartment community adjacent to this site. This new community will be located at the intersection of Exposition Drive and Thompson Parkway and will consist of 236 luxury apartment units.

The Spanos Corporation has also received all planning approvals through the town and is expected to break ground in the spring of 2017.
