The Candidate Guidance & Designation Promotion Committee is responsible for increasing awareness and recognition of the CCIM designation throughout the commercial real estate industry and oversees mentoring initiatives, ensuring members and candidates receive the guidance and resources needed to advance toward the CCIM designation. Through strategic marketing, high‑quality events, outreach to employers and industry partners, and collaboration with related associations, the committee works to position the CCIM designation as the standard of professionalism, integrity, and expertise in the market.

The Membership Committee focuses on growing and retaining a strong, diverse membership base by recruiting new prospects, reengaging those previously connected with CCIM, and supporting the satisfaction and involvement of current members.
