We also provide mentorship for those pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation, and we award several scholarships to assist students with the fees to attend the locally held CCIM courses.
Which membership type are you?
You don’t have to be a CCIM to become a member of the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Chapter! Our membership includes a diverse group of professionals from all facets of commercial real estate.
Annual Dues are
CCIM Designee Member - $150
Available to professionals who have successfully completed the CCIM coursework and earned the prestigious CCIM designation as well as continuing to pay the CCIM Institute annual dues.
Candidate Member - $150
Designed for individuals actively pursuing the CCIM designation. To be classified as a Candidate, you must hold Candidate membership with the CCIM Institute.
Affiliate Member - $165
Designed for commercial real estate practitioners, service providers, and businesses that are not pursuing the CCIM designation but wish to enjoy the benefits offered at the Chapter level.
Student Member - $ 30
Available to full-time college students enrolled in a real estate program who want to expand their commercial real estate network.
Faculty Member - $ 30
Membership in the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Chapter is separate from CCIM Institute membership. You do not need to belong to one in order to join the other. Chapter membership runs annually from January 1–December 31, or from your enrollment date through year‑end. Dues are prorated quarterly for new enrollments.
