Scholarship Opportunities

The following scholarships are made possible through a partnership with The CCIM Foundation and the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Chapter. The scholarships not only help advance careers through access to the CCIM Institute’s world-class curriculum, but they also honor individuals and CCIMs who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and achievement in commercial real estate. By offering these scholarships, we uphold the highest educational standards and invest in the future of our industry.

Application Qualifications & Rules

    1. The amount of each scholarship is typically $500 or more and is at the discretion of the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Board of Directors and Scholarship Committee.
    2. Membership in the Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Chapter and with The CCIM Institute is required to apply.
    3. The ideal recipient should exemplify the ideals and standards set out by The CCIM Institute, demonstrate a commitment to a career in commercial real estate, have a financial need for assistance, and a sincere interest in the activities of  the national Institute and local Chapter.
    4. Each recipient is responsible for full payment of course tuition to The CCIM Institute. Recipients are reimbursed the scholarship amount after successfully completing the course and passing the required testing. Failing the course and/or tests renders the scholarship null and void.
    5. Scholarships must be used toward tuition for current-year Colorado/Wyoming CCIM Chapter in-person courses or the comprehensive exam and review course, and cannot be applied retroactively to a course already taken, nor is a scholarship redeemable for cash.
    6.  Awardees will be recognized at our Annual Signature event.
    7. The 2026 application deadlines are: CI 103 is June 12 | CI 102 is June 20 |  CI 104 is July 17
